The Langdale Company’s Mission Statement was created in 1955 by Judge Harley Langdale. Although updated, it still continues to be the leading principle of the company today:

• We want to have the joy of putting a better product on the market at a reasonable cost to the consumer.
  
• We want to have the pleasure of providing a better market for the landowners and farmers of our area.
  
• We want to have the thrill of seeing satisfied employees.
  
• We want to do our part in preserving our American way of life, as we know it today.
  
• We want others to be able to say, “It was good that we passed this way.”
